Welcome to Realest, a cloud-based SaaS platform operated by Roundr Realtor Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and software (collectively, the “Service”).

By using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Realest is a cloud-based software solution designed to help real estate agents manage appointments, notes related to properties, agents, and buyers.

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription models:

•Free Plan: Limited property listings, appointments, and virtual business cards.

•Pro Plan: Single-user paid subscription with enhanced features.

•Office Plan: Multi-user plan (minimum 5 users) with analytics.

•Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for businesses with multiple offices.

Your subscription to the Service will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you or terminated by us under these Terms.

4. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

•You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

•Our Service is available globally, without geographical restrictions.

•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Payment Processing

•Payments are processed through third-party providers: Paddle, Google Play Store, and the App Store.

•By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the billing terms of the respective payment provider.

5.2 Billing & Renewals

•Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan.

•Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

5.3 Refund Policy

•No refunds are offered for any paid subscriptions.

5.4 Cancellation & Non-Payment

•You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

•If payment is not received, your account will enter a 30-day grace period, after which access may be restricted or terminated.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

•Not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

•Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems.

•Using our Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

•Reselling or sublicensing our software without permission.

•Harvesting or misusing user data.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. DATA PRIVACY & GDPR COMPLIANCE

7.1 Data Collection & Processing

•Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our Service without prior written consent.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to:

•Breach of these Terms.

•Non-payment after the 30-day grace period.

•Illegal or prohibited activities.

Upon termination, users will lose access to their accounts, and no refunds will be provided.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

•These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

•Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Mauritian courts.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
